Before you start
AzAd Vault on Android and Windows imports SafeInCloud CSV, XML, and JSON. Install Android v1.0.36 or Windows v1.0.43 from AzAd Solutions, unlock your vault, and keep the SafeInCloud app available until verification is done. Chrome extension v1.1.0 focuses on CSV and Bitwarden — use Android or Windows for SafeInCloud formats.
Steps
- Export from SafeInCloud. In SafeInCloud, export your database to CSV, XML, or JSON. Place the file in a private folder on the same device you will use for import when possible.
- Open AzAd Vault import tools. Go to Tools → Import passwords (or the Windows import hub) and select the SafeInCloud format that matches your export.
- Import the file. Choose the export, confirm any preview, and run the import into your unlocked zero-knowledge vault.
- Spot-check cards and notes. SafeInCloud vaults often include cards and secure notes — open several templates in AzAd Vault to confirm fields mapped as expected.
- Backup and retire the export. Create an encrypted .azvault backup, securely delete the export, optionally enable Drive ciphertext sync, then stop relying on the old database.
Tips and limits
Free includes attachments, backup history, scheduled backups, and Android autofill within 500 / 20 / 10. Premium unlocks unlimited items/labels/TOTP, Chrome passkeys, Archive, and family seats. No multi-vault and no priority sync — everything imports into one vault per user.
